Fooling around on another board with a "suggested you tube videos" thread someone posted this,
Just did a quick search on the movie and I came up with this cool old poster. 5 minutes with Photo Shop, send it off to Office Depot and you could have a cool old hydroplane racing movie poster. No...
I did not care for it. The movie was way too long. Harrison Ford was flat. Story was way too close to the original.
Lucas was a better caretaker of the story line. But for 4 billion dollars, l guess l would let someone else give it a try.
Be safe, Merry Christmas too.
Go see this movie, see it in IMAX, skip the 3D. This movie takes special effects to a new level. Not a huge Sandra Bullock fan, but actually deserves an Academy award for this one. I actually held my breath 3 times.
Went and saw Gvavity in 3d IMAX . Wow, that shit was amazing. Probably would skip the 3D, but spectacular flick. I actually held my brea three times. Big thumbs up. I know it has nothin to do with boating, but wanted to share.
I love Movies, worked my way through at 3 theaters and still have great memories of working my way up from cashier to projectionist to Manager.

Don't text during the freaking movie. It's distracting and rude. Put your cell phones on vibrate, shove them in your pants or your purses and LEAVE THEM THERE. If you must talk or chat, leave the theater and don't shine your lights in my face. I'm trying to watch the movie. Got it?
I had tivo'd this awhile back and watched today.....
I always thought this was a great movie, but Dennis Weaver deserved to be taunted by that truck. He drove worse than on old lady, he was on an open 2 lane road doing only 35mph, plus he was driving a POS Dodge Dart. If you were doing that...
