What do these plugs say to you. 476 BBC, hydraulic roller, aluminum heads, duel plane, 830cfm Holley 6.5 pv's 84/84 jets. Thinking of going 86/86 or 84/88.

The oil gallery plugs behind my timing cover do not fit very good they stick out about 1/8" from the block. Is this common or should they sit flush? Also what type of sealant do I use on these?

So i found out today that I have a blown out freeze plug at the end of the cylinder head on my ford 460. All of the kits that Iam seeing come with screw in plugs for the heads and mine has the press in plugs, is there any problem with using the screw ins for the head??
