SF is mid lift 90* rocker pivot/ valve stem. This does not necessarily put rocker tip on the center of the valve. I was taught the center of tip, smallest pattern years ago. I see the validity of both methods. Discuss away. Wags

I had a loose rocker and it ended up wearing into the guide. I've looked for a replacement, but everything for an Olds looks different than what I got. I got a new rocker but when I go to tighten it, it still is able to slide because of the groove in the guide. Can anyone point me in the right...

on checking for pushrod length I'm using the mid lift method like Steelcomp's thread. should I worry about the contact point and pattern where the roller tip contacts the valve stem? I'm at 8.80 on the intake pushrod and square just like Scotts pic but the roller seems to be on one side of the...

Anybody know what length push rods your supposed to use when you convert your Gen VI 454 to studs? I used the Crane conversion stud kit and they stated you need to use 8.25 intake and 9.25 exhaust. Those lengths are to long, when I went to install the Comp Cams Pro Magnum roller rockers the...
