i have a healthy 427 roller cam square port 11.1 motor and that 12yj pump that needs help. what would work the easiest without cuttin up the boat and changing the pump. would like to find the right bolt on parts like an energizer kit and diverter w/pedals

With the diverter all the way up to shoot a nice tail the 18' Sanger begins to hop in the front. The faster i go the more it hops. what causes this but more importantly how do i get it to stop?

I have a place diverter... Is it possible its not going up all the way? Is there adjustments? Or do I need to stick a wedge in it?
