I am upgrading to a Blown Motor in my SS boat. Do I need to increase the diameter of the V-Drive output shaft to 1 1/8" ? How 'bout the prop shaft? It will be a carburetor gas deal, but I would like to still make some full passes with it.

My old "bearring'ed seal" froze again grooving the shaft(prob my fault). So I'm switching to a PPS unit (recommended by Phil B.) . Can I use water out of the v-drive to exit thru the new PPS or do I need a separate line?
