No holes,or rips,a little greasy around headers,has reinforcments around corners,steering wheel,ect... needs new rope put in for hold downs, Doesn't fit a 1978 TAHITI but it was made to fit a 1982 BAHNER.If you have a smaller boat it's beter than nothing! PLUS SHIPPING!!!!! Thanks Johnf
