I appreciate any help on this matter. I know its really late in the season but my parents have a place at havasu landing that they need to rent out. I suggested that they try to rent it out to snow birds as that seems like the best idea since they would rent it for a few months at a time, but...

Lake Powell is rising at a foot a day. Although it is just now getting to the overall elevation it was at this time last year, the inflow from the snow pack is way up from last year at this time. Even better news is that it's rising at this rate while sending almost twice the water downstream...

Well I just woke up and there is around 5 " of new snow on the ground. I went to big bear saturday and tryn to leave today.. Might have to wait till the road is scraped so I can drive down the back side. Then again ,if it clears up we might hit the slopes again.. Hummmmmmm maybe stay...
