1970 Biesemeyer????????? Circle boat

I just picked up a boat late last summer and had it out once. Gearing up to get it ready for this summer. Carbs need a rebuild/recalibration for sure.

Its a 1970 Biesmeyer, 455 pontiac/250hp of nitrous, 37% overdriven, will do 102mph in the quarter on nitrous. Atleast this is what i have been told by the previous owner.

Boat came from phoenix.

Anybody know anything about the hull itself or how i would go about figuring out what model it is exactly? Any thoughts on setup etc?

Its just a cruiser/weekend champion boat now.

Not sure what it really is, but sure looks more Dragon Craft than anything.....for sure not a Biesemeyer...no strakes on bottom and chine not flared out...and have never seen a deck quiet like that one.....

Hmmm, never heard of dragoncraft before. I will check it out, thanks.

Is there any standard spots for some sort of identification on these types of boats?

I see in the pics it was set up RH snout drive, usually done for Circle Boats...but not a clue as to what it is...is there any kind of number on the transom or your paperwork have a HIN number...be curious to see what HIN starts with , the first 3 letters..

No HIN number that i am aware off, I will check the boat closer.

Paperwork has a Hull ID#AZZ6206C0970 which i assume is basically a serial number.

Watercraft # 6206 AC (arizona thing i think).

and thats about it.

I will check the hull today for any other numbers and report back.

Still doesn't look the same as a Biesemeyer though.
Whatever it is it looks pretty good for a 70' boat. someone spent some time and money on it. the v-drive sounds alittle loud??

Ya i thought that about the drive too. It has been sitting in my garage all winter and i see a wet spot under it, might be low on oil.
