a may 17, 18, 19 race was added to the schedule as a national event, and was on the schedule handed out at the banquet meeting. since it didn't make a lot of sense to have a national event that was not also a divisional race (all other national events are divisional, and have been for at least 15 years), subsequent to the banquet meeting it was added to the D1 schedule. so at the moment, it is a D1 race. i've since gotten further confirmation that it's a national/d1 race.
that said, i'd guess there's always a chance that it might not happen. but if there's a national event there in may, it'll include d1...

the dotted lines are where the stop signs are going to be. the green lines are the isolation areas that people can't just drive through at their option. there will be escort times. there will be leo boats out there to enforce it.
this is going to be absolutely bitchin. there should be a streets of fire on main street. easy tow up swanson from where the pits are located. the orange track line is about 3000' long. there is plenty of run out beyond that distance if needed. no berms or roads to jump over....
can't wait to see pc, whiskey river, sot out there making some noise.
yes it was. one of the reasons patti dollar was there. been d1 in the lucas schedule for months. was on the schedule lucas handed out at the banquet. if that had changed for some reason, would have expected an announcement by lucas and there wasn't. lucas was also involved in the 6.35 decision. still listed
there are several things on that website that are just incorrect. some things have been fixed, some haven't. that race isn't listed as one of the "member association" races either.
confirmed with lucas that it was in fact a d1 race. it -was- on the schedule, and they don't know why it's missing. they'll update points as soon as they receive the results from adba (jeremy). john dee also announced it as a d1 race several times during the weekend, and mentioned that patty was there if someone wanted to sign up and run the division...
