I am hearing numbers all over the place? What do these boats run with 900-950HP?

I all ways thought the HTMs where the fastest made but not sure now?

Thank you Matt

There was a 26 Daytona with a Teague 975hp in it. If I remember right it did 124mph. I think it was actually on Eliminator's website.

SR HTM 24 with 750 HP 32 prop 1.50 gear rns about 5800 RPM at 104 0n GPS....

The hp525 efi was a comment on a earlier test boat they did with a other redline which ran 95 mph

This setup was on the different 26 redline with 675hp
The 5600rpm 1.5 gear 36prop was with 675hp at 104mph.I ran it on prop calculator 20 %slip.

I know there is a guy on here that has a dynoed verified 1000-1020hp 26 redline that runs 130-132mph.

so your saying same gear as mine and almost the same HP.....and the same RPM.....are almost going the same speed .....but the Redline with less HP is turning a 36 prop....to go the same speed .....does that make any sense....how can a longer, heavier boat do that....maybe a smaller diameter prop.....

also HTM ran a 146 MPH years ago...Must be a faster hull.....
If you are asking who gone faster .then yes your right .If you are asking who has more efficient boat then i say 26 redline In my Opinion.I can guarantee it takes more then 1000 hp to make a htm go 146Mph. That or there is a shit load of 145 mph htm's at the lake :) To compare hulls you have to compare hp.Either way there both efficient fast hulls.

I didnt realize that 27 eliminator hulls where that fast!

My SS-24 with a very mild 950hp ~ Procharged motor went low 120's easily with a merc lab 30, an XR with 1.24 ratio at 6100 RPM on the chip. That boat with a 32 would easily go 126 +.

Dude,

I see now why your name is "Blurred Vision" did you read the artical, Teague said that in the 2007 Performance trials the Redline ran 95.1 with a single 525, and that it was the fastest single engine 525 cat that they have ever tested...I have ridden in the first RPM that was tested in 2007 3 200plus pound guys and full of fuel we were running 90 on sticky water, it was very impressive...

Now for you information I own a 26' Redline I have 1071 after a winter refresh, BUT I had the motor dynoed before the refresh and it was @ 1035 which I ran 132mph with that hp...see pics of GPS and other speeds via Garmin GPS, now I will post up a couple of videos of my boat running 128mph with 2 people and full of fuel, and I will post a video of a 525 boat running 90plus mph, I know a few people that have had HTM's yes they are a fast boat, yes they will get you in trouble if you are not that exsperianced at driving a tunnel, but to me the down side to them is "THEY BEAT THE CHIT OUT OF YOU"

MY 26 Redline @ 128 on board: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGkmwe1a2ck&videos=uUcIy65dlZ0:)devil

Devon Radfords 525 26 Redline:

And last but not least my run in DS @ 119mph, at the 1:35 mark on the video... if you watch the other boats you will notice that i am going just as fast, as a matter of fact, out of 68 boats RPM placed 8th overall in top speed for the shootout @ 119mph, also won my class:D

If anyone has any questions feel free to email me or PM me, RPM builds one hell of a boat, which they back 100%, you won't find any better customer service in the boating industrie, IMO...

Thanks,
Jeff
