Hey everyone! I am stumped, can’t get enough oil back up top. I have a 454 from I believe 1980. I have hydraulic lifters. The front of the engine has an oil galley with multiple holes inside of it. Do I just plug it or is there a oil diverted that I am supposed to use?

You just plug that hole, that's how the factory machines that passage. Are you talking about running, or just oil priming?
