I have a 2 bolt main 454 block that is just back from the machine shop and the shortblock is assembled with:
H581CP Speed Pro Pistons
Mahle piston rings
I Beam rods
ARP rod bolts
ARP main studs
Comp timing set
fresh stock size steel crank
all new bearings for everything, the block is .030 over
All top quality stuff was used to put this together. I sold the aluminum heads I was going to run but I do have some gm 3964291 2.19/1.88 closed chamber 108cc iron heads I do not need anymore.
