One question would tell you! What oil pressure does it hold hot and running for atleast 30 minutes? If you have the Mondello kit in the engine and it holds 40 psi, run it. If its iffy on the pressure step up to a HV pump and go. My opinion. Reason I say that is I built a strong 455 olds for a guy awhile back and he ran the piss out of it and never had a problem BUT I installed the Joe Mondello kit and a high volume pump not a high pressure pump. Hope this helps. Mark
