whats does everyone got going on for the coming holiday? we have no plans and was trying to find something to do! probably hit berryessa for the day. or if i can score a RV site somewhere then we will stay all weekend....

Thursday night there is a 4th of july lighted boat parade on the Sacramento river that we are participating in, it's a kick to watch from old sac or crawdads. Friday night, a gang of dinghys are cruising up the american to behind Cal Expo to watch the fireworks, coming home in the dark should be good entertainmentdevil We will be rafted up on the American river till sunday. 4th of july is always entertaining on the American river, stop by if u'r in the neighborhood.

We will be on Clear Lake most of the 4th of July weekend. Night of the 4th they are doing the fireworks off the barge in front of Lakeport. Then on the 5th of July there will be another firworks show on the water at Konocti Vista Casino Resort just south of Lakeport. Not sure when the other towns around Clear Lake are doing theirs. One year everybody did fireworks displays all on the same night. Was cool to sit in the middle of the lake with fireworks all around us. Hope everyone has a safe weekend.

we have done a few 4th of julys on the water of clear lake...in the oaks we could get right underneith the show it was badd azz!! and als in front of knoctie was sic same thing right under the showdevil we planned to come up this year but poor communication with indian beach it didnt work out(i screw da pooch) great palce to staydevil

I hear ya on that one. Been going to the clear lake displays most of my life. Nothing like being up close with the sound percussions. Just lay on the deck of the boat, stare up. This year i will be taking a cabin cruiser out there, more room, have 10 people soo far coming. My flattie would sink. haha.
