There are almost 200 different countries in the world and the US financially supports over 180 of them.

Who finds this disturbing besides me?

Count me in on the disturbed factor! Crap like this is what gets me all fired up when people start bitching about teachers and cops. Not to mention about 250 other things we can do before we start attacking middle class workers.

We could make alot of progress toward reigning in the budget if we started cutting funding and aid to some of our so called "allies". Especially the ones in the middle east that say they stand by us in the war on terror. Actions speak louder than words. IMO these ****s are the reason we havent been able to kill bin-dipshit and now they are pulling this kind of crap.

Pakistan Switches Sides, Expanding Arms Allegiance With China and Leaving U.S. Behind - FoxNews.com
Pakistan with it's 75-100 warheads and the light payload nuke weapons that were developed for delivery by their aircraft IS the worlds greatest threat, combined with the technology that their nuclear physicists put out on the open market...

Me thinks that we will be in Afghanistan for a long long long time keeping a CLOSE eye on them...

Is it our responsibilty to keep an eye on Pakistan? A nuclear armed India is right next door with over 1 billion people, and they are not to fond of Pakistan. Why not let them keep an eye on Pakistan and sell them the weapons to do so. Do we have the money or resources to be the world's policeman?

Your talking about APPLES AND ORANGES AT BEST if you compare India and their nukes to Paki... Additionally we know and can see DAILY that Paki is nothing more than a giant septic tank with little or no rule and order... It is well known that Paki will sell the technology to anyone that has the cash, so why not slip a few crates / a 60-80 kilos of U-235 to Iran or some other rogue state/country that wants to send over a suitcase nuke to our ports...

1st... Where did Barry and his cabinet of goons travel to with their big ole economic summit a few months back??? Was it Paki??? nooooo India...

2nd... Remember that our purpose in Afghanistan is POTENTIALLY a strategic one that has many facets... Remember all of the resources that the Soviets and China are dying to get their hands on??? Pipelines with vast quantities of Natural Gas??? THe Unocal regional pipeline dealio??? HUGE amounts of Coal (China loves coal)... Afghanistan supplied 70%-90% of its natural gas output to the Soviet Union's natural gas grid for a good many years but the Soviets would rather just invade and take it rather than pay for it... AND take all of the Gold/Silver/Palladium (one of the Soviets favorite precious metals, check that one out)...

ITs a good strategic location and we were justified in going in and taking over...

3rd... The intel of WHO Bin Laden was tied to and who THEY were tied to and HOW those folks were tied to various tribes and to the Paki's is the valuable intel... Which is better, to kill BinLaden OR to track him and know all of his followers/disciples???

Pakistan is the WORLDS largest threat... NOT Iran...
