AS you can tell I'm getting a little more active in my search.![]()
old's are good, but you either have to know how to work on them, or know someone who does. the parts are more expensive then the common chevy. you could find parts for chevy's anywhere. imo, i'd stick with a boat with a chevy motor, because most of the guys here can help with the problems. its all up to you though. To good to be true huh?
I was just surprised to see an Olds built up like that.I saw that boat also but it has a Olds.
I want to say it is well into the 80s. If you call him or e-mail, he will tell you the # and be able to prove it. I know Aaron and he used to run with us at the lake all the time. It runs good and is a clean boat. He definately did he research on this boat (SOme with parts dammage research) And came up with a great combo. He has a lot of money in this boat and would not change motors for some reason. The owner is a good guy as is strait up.Found this on CL-San Diego. An Olds with NOS? Crazy Olds guys!
