Just finnishing up a new 900hp blower motor / Imco SCX upper/ SC shortie lower upgrade to my 2001 25 Daytona.

It ran 83 with a 500efi / 1.50 Bravo and a 28 B1 prop. 91 with a warmed up ( 570hp) efi and a Black Hawk 1.50 spinning 31's.

Now, blown / injected 509 : 902 hp at 6000, 1.34 drive 1" shortie.

Any guesses at correct prop pitch and top speed numbers?

Although a very common boat out west, there are very few and none with this power up here in Toronto to compare to and this looked like the best place to ask.

Although you have a cat and are asking in the correct area. If you are in a rush for an answer I'd put it in open water forum as more people go to that area. You may also call Eliminator or Teague. I am sure they have the answer on the tip of their tongue. My answer is big and fast!

I have a buddy with a 800 Phaff-Whipple 800 efi. The boat runs 115 with a labbed 32 bravo 1 and 1.50 gears. It has a 2" shorty. I think 125 with a labbed 32 and your gears. Thats my guess.

I have a 25 Daytona with a Teague 800, 1.36 gears with a labbed 30. Runs 105 with 5 people a full of gas. Runs 110 with 2 people and cool temps. The previous owner had it to 113 but I have not been willing to leave the throttle wide open for more than 5-8 seconds. Hope this helps.

I'd guess that a 32p Bravo would be a goog starting point. But really, it would be worth contacting BBlades, or Throttle up and see about their prop exchange program, to dial the boat in. HP is one thing, but at the speeds that boat is capable of, it will be all about set up. One can loose 10mph by having the wrong setup.
