I have a 1999 bravo xr drive that is taking a while to engage. I would like to try to replace the cone clutch with a decent used one or new one and see if it works before I send it in for a whole rebuild at Teague. Here is a pic of mine , you can see the wear.Everything else looks usable. I am thinking a better cone clutch might bite more and I will switch from amsoil to a oil that is a little less slippery.
