Back Cut Shoe

The first thing you should try to find out what intake you have. If it is a Dominator or American Turbine you are much better off getting a shoe from them rather than have a custon shoe built. A lot of the Gullwings that were built out of Calif. had Dominator intakes installed in them. Who ever you talk to make sure you have all of you info as far as set up. Current shoe depth, intake mouth opening, nozzle size, approx. hp you are running, impeller size and current engine rpm you are running. Rideplate angle and nozzle angle will also help. A of these setting will change after installing a back cut shoe. We just made and installed this setup in a Miller v bottom and are just waiting to run the boat at the river and see what the results are. If you need some help feel free to call. Greg 951 272 6060
