How do you remove what look to be like water spots, but are more like road grime spots. I have a few spots of these under the rub rail and down low on the boat. I have tried vinegar, clay bar, and hot sauce. I had a little luck with the clay bar but very time consuming. I am thinking color sand the areas, if so who in Havasu, any suggestions are welcome.

For 12.95, try Ducky, spray it, let it stay on there for 10 seconds and wipe off. I was a believer with one use...mine was bad too. There are a couple other competitors too...Ducky, True Gleam, Special Sauce...

You can do an acid wash, but its a touchy thing. It can damage plastic, aluminum, and stainless areas if left on for too long. Its advised to take it to a detailer if the Ducky doesn't work.

Just had the same problem under the rub rail. Stuborn little suckers. Dont laugh but i use lime away about every two years under rail and then use a good wax. Iknow some of you will question this but detailers use a 50 50 mix oy muratic acid and water wich is even harsher. Use it on my last new boat for 7 years and when i solt it it look new. My current boat is a 2004 and still looks like it just came came out off the mold.:)sphss
