Best Margaritas in town are at Fiesta Mexicana. That's on the main drag across from the Safeway store. Great Mexican food too. Don't let the lack of parking scare you, there's plenty in the back.
As far as bars go, There's Kens Old West if you like country. They also serve a pretty decent steak there.
The Dam Bar is good too. There is also the Gunsmoke Saloon that is right next to it (if you like loud DJ Music).
The one Blackbart was talking about is called the Cove. Not the best one it town.
If you really feel like slumming it, the is The Bowl (bowling alley) or the Windy Mesa. The Windy sometimes has live music and it's also entertaining to watch the locals fall down (one good thing they have there is the owners (Rose) pickled asparagus.
Antelope Point does have a killer bar, but unless you have a designated driver, it's not worth the DUI.
