If I have a fresh built dependable marine spec motor can I put a blower on it. or would it have to be phisically beffed up. Not looking for any massive Hp increse. Just cool factor. Would it reduce the longevity of a cruiser motor? Oh its a BBC 454 but only logs and snail exaust.

Build a Blower specific motor in the first place vs adding a blower you'll be happier with the outcome... re dependability my last 5 lake boats have all been blown , withstanding fuel costs they have all been solid performers and simple to own/operate
