Is boat hop or an inability to take a set caused by a lack of horsepower/speed or an improper set-up on the plate? We have a '71 Sanger flat that runs 76-78 (gps) off the bottle and around 93 (former owner info, my gps took a doodoo) on the bottle. The hop is most noticeable off the bottle. Could this be because the boat is set to run on the bottle?
