This video has been discussed on several boating forums. Note the passenger fly up out the boat when it starts to drop. It is my understanding that at least one of the passengers received some broken bones. Here are some pics of the damage the boat sustained. Just glad no one was seriously injured.

I believe it is,I heard it launched some where in SF bay
I was crab fishing that weekend a little north of there in Bodega Bay and never seen the sets so far apart leaving the harbor,but once you got out to 18 fathoms it was amazingly flat and calm as the big pond goes

Mine jumped off the trailer and wiped out 3 cars when it landed on their hoods in a parking lot. Didn't even hardley scratch the gel.

If that guy wouldn't have goosed it so hard it would have most likely just plowed through and then rolled over the rest of wave. That is a long boat though, so hard to arm chair it.
