Can anybody here recommend a boat service shop in Page. A runaway jetski trailer ran through my storage unit door and tore up my drive and transom on my Nordic. I tried to get the shop here in StGeorge to look at it but its not going to well and I need to get my estimates done so we can some figures to the trailer owner. It will need glass work and the drive pulled/repaired and I'm pretty picky about my boat.

Contact Guy Roberston at 801-232-2182. His shop is in Big Water and in my opinion, he is one of the best. As far as drive work goes, if it needs welding, Rick Wilson at EW Welding is the best. His shop is down in the Industrial Park next to Page Steel.

I hate to drag this back up but I need another referral in the Powell area. Guy Robertson doesn't need any more customers apparently. Talked to hem a few times and he never followed up with my estimates.

I never had to have repairs done, yet, but there is a big company that seems to do it all up there called "Old West Marine".

Things are probably very quiet and slow up there at this time of year. So I'm not surprised Guy didn't respond. He might not even be in town. 75% of the town shuts down for winter.

I talked to Guy twice on the phone over a 2 week period and that was three weeks ago. If I ran my business that way I would be out of business fast. I will see if I can get in touch with someone at Old West to get a quote.

Thanks!

Old West is a pretty good company for servicing and maintaining Timeshare boats but I wouldn't use him for what you are looking for.

There is another shop in town that I know does some High Performance work.

Dave Taylor at Unlimited Houseboats. 928-645-4060.

Won't Roger at RPM take care of you?

Yeah Roger will but I need to bids and I wouldn't mind having a go to shop in the Powell area since that is the only place I boat. Thanks for the additional info Mardonzi.
