Tom, it's their regatta tube float from rotary park down to the next park. About 2.5 hours is what it took us last year.
Take the tubes to the park friday night for the pre-party. Theyll store them for you blown up. Sat am, you go to the finishing point with your car, they transfer you to the starting point with their buses and then theres a after party following the float.

I was talking to a lady about this last weekend
she said no kids under 9 allowed (just a fyi) but she did say it was a blast

Dont know about under 9, but there is no control over that. Possibly if you register and get a shirt, but there were a ton of kids last year under that age.
