You sold the boat that you searched for all that time????? You only had it for like a month or so!!!!!

Did you not like it or something? Was it just not you?

I hope you made some money out of the deal!!!

Congrats on the sale with the way the market is right now.

Too bad you decided to sell it after all the work you put into
finding it.

You know I heard that a tunnel hull handles chop alot better than a semi-V hull.;)
Good job on the quick sale!

was there a test drive before buying your boat?
no test drive i backed it down the ramp and fired it on ther trailer in the water so they could watch the gauges and hear it run. we took in alot of water with rollers from the parker strip. just to rough and busy to go out..

i keep hearing that tunnels are better in chop also. i kinda like the 19' ultra in the spam section. i spoke with a guy that has one and he said he loves his over the semi v. he said he had to go that route due to having a bad back, so they must be better...never owned one..hows yours going good luck dawg...:D

Whatever you do get another boat. DO NOT BUY JET SKIS!!! YOU WILL HATE IT. Jet Skis equal no room for gear, beach chairs, people, etc. I would recoomend a 20-21 foot jet boat cruiser with either an open or closed bow. This will provide enough room for your gear and people. If you think you got beat up in your little jet try riding back to the marina with big rollers on jet skis. Seriously think about it. Jet skis are an extra item that you have your kids ride out to a cove. Get another boat-this time get a cruiser with more freeboard and space. DON'T MAKE JET SKIS YOUR PRIMARY WATER TRANSPORTATION. I'M BEGGING YOU WE DO NOT NEED MORE OF THOSE ON THE WATER RIGHT NOW.

ok i understand you opinion on no more lake lice.. i have a 24' laser mid cuddy open bow as my primary boat. the jet or skis are just for the river and to have fun, also no children. i am 41 yo i have owned jet skis before, they would only be to have fun thats all...thanks for you concern.:)

For chop, the tunnel hull theory is rock solid and makes perfect sense because they have 2 thin v-shaped hulls that do not absorb as much energy, and cut through the waves. Also because of the gap between them, the wave is allowed to continue underneath the boat with less interruption. I've also always heard that the 20' and 21' boats handle the chop better than the smaller 18' and 19' boats. So, if your looking for the smoothest ride in a jet, it would make the most sense to get a 21' tunnel hull.:)bulb

Good luck on your next boat hunt!:D

I'm like a big sponge for information. And I really like to learn, so I pick things up everywhere I go. I love trying to figure out how things work and what makes em work. But, I mostly try to BS my way through life.:D

Nope still dry. Plus, it rained yesterday and today.:(

I sure am glad it doesn't get that hot out this way. I think it stayed in the mid 70's here today.:p

Again, good luck on the boat hunt.:D
