IMO Hallett Is better of the 2. Im kinda partial to southwinds though....

i agree, the hallett, but if the cost is too high get what you think is best suited for you. A lot of tahitis and hawaiians still puttin around.

Hallett. I had one and it handled like a dream and took choppy water extremely well for a v bottom. I am actually thinking of getting another one for the wifey. You won't be disappointed.devil

I have a 77 hallett. I have been in others but this is the first i have owned. It has been a great boat and rides nice.devil
