help my daughter got a virus and i had to reload the o/s on her laptop.
now i cannot get on the internet and according to comcast i need to
change her ip address and they tell me i need to unistall and reinstall
her network interface card. anyone out there that can walk me through
it? its a dell laptop that i bought from marty272 last year. HELP

well after 5 hours of rebuilding the dam thing i got it to work not bad for someone who has never rebuilt a laptop

would come up. so it didnot matter anymore what i did
