That is a 3 Blade, mostly I would say due to the fact that the person could not afford a 4 or 5 blade. It all comes down to the $$$$$$ There is no torque steer problems.
Docking... It would not be a problem if... there was a transmission. The turbine is direct drive meaning there is no neutral/reverse with this setup. Once the engine is running there is nothing but forward; so the need for an auxiliary power supply for docking, trailer launching and any situation whereby the boat needs to stop and reverse.
This engine is not very powerful, 420 at most on a cold day so I would not expect this boat to be any faster than any other 23' Eliminator with 420 hp.
