Yes you can ban member's by Ip address. But it's easy to get a new IP if you know what your doing...

You guys don't see all that goes on with a disturbed chronic trouble maker. It extends way beyond banning usernames and Ip's It becomes a game to them.

Removing the playing field is sometimes necessary. Nothing to do with punish all for the actions of one.

In the future it's best to just ignore them. Don't get sucked into a debate even though it feels great to hit back. Don't read PM's just delete. Their objective is to stir the pot.
