Wow, this would really suck! After seeing Sean Hannity's show last night on how this same special interest group through the courts was able to turn off the pumps to the farmers in the central valley due to the delta smelt, I could see how this could get passed. This is someting that we all need to get behind and see if it can be stopped!

This is getting out of control. Endangered Milkweed in Glamis, Endangered Kangaroo Rats in the Calif desert, Endangered 2" smelt in the delta, now its Endangered snails in the Snake River, and an endangered weed flower that grows in the St. Anthony Dunes. This a trend that is not stopping. There is a revolution brewing. VOTE LIBERTARIAN!!
Here is the article on the snail in the Snake River here in Idaho. It wont be long until the try to shut it down to boaters.
