Under Obama's stellar leadership, we have attained persistant economic growth. We are finally starting to see the fruits of turning around the failed Bush economic policies. Well done Sir!:))THumbsUp

About 150,000 is keeping up with population expansion. The 170,000 in October is bigger than 150,000.;) Since you claim to be an engineer, I'll put it in a way you might be able to understand. 170,000 > 150,000. :))THumbsUp

What an idiot!! I love listening to people that have no idea what they're talking about. Someone that read a book once and think they know business. Someone who still can't find a job, yet think Obama's the savior. Yet under Bush's so called failure, growth was high and unemployment was low and tax revenue was $2.4T a year. If you want to believe the Soviet style news media that will lie to cover up this administrations failures, you deserve to be unemployed!

If you would read, you would know LM isn't laying off 123,000.;) You would know that a law says that an employer must inform their employees of upcoming mass layoffs. No one knows if the mandatory defense cuts will be taking place at the end of the year, so LM informed their employees so they would be in compliance with the law in case the defense cuts were allowed to happen even though most people don't think they will happen.

171,000 jobs gained. Did you look into how many were lost? 170,000.

Read all the data....the media needs to stop it's spinning.

Reading the crap Ram has been spewing the last couple weeks, I believe he stroked out about mid October and Moose Coxs has sense been using his computer. Ram's logic isn't even laughable anymore, he'd have to raise his game just to elevate it to moronic levels.

Of course what RAM seems to forget is this article will mean nothing to those still out of work. Which has gone up .1%. Meaning more out of work at voting day than the week before. Does anyone really think that when it comes time to vote that this article will mean anything when they pull the curtain closed behind them. Not to mention that just about every poll asking people who they think is best for the economy has Romney up by as much as 8 to 15%. and to top it off this is a guy who say's FOX News is not a credible source. Yet buys into the NYT.:cuckoo:
