Here's the deal kid has a 19 Daytona clone need to find out where to set the motor from back of transom (inches)

SPECS
Med lay up around 500-550lb hull
Flat bottom keel
HP around 700-750
American turbine b/c cut and inducer
boat will have full stringer 2 seats, 12 gallon center fuel tank, cast block, aluminum heads bare minimum for weight.
Any formula on this would help to get close and save some time.

Tony has been setting up 19 and 21's for a long time, I'm sure he could be a lot of help.

Now were talking ,You had a close set up to these specs

It was at 34” when I started and the boat wouldn’t clean up, really wet. Moved it to 30” and made a huge difference. My boat is pretty light and single seat race deal but it will give you a idea.
