·If you have one of these, just curious how they run and plane. I know how they ride, just wondering about the power. You can pm me if you don't want to post. Thank you.
That was a bitchin boat for sure. I'll send you a note. No idea how serious I am about this boat, but thought I would at least find out. Concerned about rolling over vs top speed. A open might actually roll over easier than an open because of the upfront weight. But once on plane it should pass its open equal.Vic,
I know the guy that bought New2Cats old F29 w/525s, this is the one that was all dark grays and silvers. http://www.performanceboats.com//showthread.php?t=9336&highlight=build
I've run with him a couple times (regatta, and 4th of July weekend) boat seems to roll over well and runs good. PM me if you want to talk to him and I'll see if I can dig up his number.

Billy's boat was an open bow...but it will still give you an idea of how it will run. That was a bitchin boat for sure. I'll send you a note. Yup, this boat has standoff boxes and a whale tail. Think I'll stick with my potato chip for now.F29 arent known for rolling onto plane well....period! The single's are 1000X better, but the big single is a whole different debate with many. I was in WW's old F29 with the TCM1000, rolls over almost immeditely....VERY impressive. Look at all the Whale tail's & JUNK they have played with to help with this ISSUE. WHY not just Do like Eliminator does.... put trim tabs on thembulb VERY,VERY few DCB's with tabs. I've seen many 29's that just struggle to get going.... AND all that being said A F29 would be my 1st choice for a Havasu Hot Rod. Just would be a HUGE single #6 boat.
PatYacht has this setup and has had great #s all around. Not sure what props he is using though. I'm sure he'll chime in![]()
BTW - we feel bad that you have to live with a Teague 800 potato chip![]()
Roln 20s
Plus the trailer has nice wheelsGuess I shouldn't whine![]()
let the supercharger do that for ya.....Guess I shouldn't whine![]()

You know how we are, never satisfiedYeah.... I feel for ya buddy. Just a crappy old F26 with a blown 800hp Teauge for power. Life really sux huh ??
Im so broke, I have to now get excited about a POS free jetski trailer project, and a few old pieces of like lice. Being "P.W.T" is way over rated I tell you!
Yeah, I'm gonna pass. I'm thinking 2X1200 outta do itI know what your looking at, VERY NICE BOAT...
But it will not have the kick you are looking for.
let me put it this way. From the channel to the the mini sandbar is the distance it took a 29 with 625's to run me down, with 525's I dont think it ever could....
BUT the ride is INCREDIBLE.....
I'd still take it at that price
OH sure, come in here and start talking common sense. The wife gave me the green light, common sense went out the windowI haven't see the boat but your not gaining enough fun factor considering the trouble.... (2X drive 2x motor 2X gas.)
I think you need 710's to be happy +devil
I also thing the 26 is perfect for Parker the F29 is bordering on too big![]()
Your boat runs 108-110 with 800hpOH sure, come in here and start talking common sense. The wife gave me the green light, common sense went out the window![]()
Nice boat, but plain jane. No bling, no blowers, plain trailer with what, 15" wheels? sheesh. It needs $10-20K to get it up to Kilr's level of play
