Are they pretty much the same or what? I found a B and wondering if I should pick it up?

Saw a thread on another website.

Here's a copy/paste from there.

"The 12JG is the pump that replaced the 12JB and all of the parts interchange
other than the nozzle components, but the 12JG nozzle fits on the 12JB. The
forward and reverse cable was the other difference you will need to use a
43BC style of cable. The rebuild kit number is 150-B06217 the hydraulic
place diverter is 151-25115 and then a cable of the correct length 620-460XX
the XX is for the length."

They also said it is a good pump, right up there with all the other Berkeleys.

Hope this helps.

Malcolm, I have a B bowl, It is a split bowl.
There is very little diferance between the B and G bowls and the differance is in the veins. I think it is at the exit of the bowl,on the B the veins stick out a little more than the G.The B is still a very good bowl. if the price is right ,I would snag it.If You don't let Me know and I will...Hal
