i understand the concept ..would it be fater and i just dont get the tall seats........thats usually a midwest thing..

I could see a handling improvement the same as most twin engine boats, particularly around docking areas.
Since, it's a twin engine boat it would make sense to have two conservative power plants rather than one temperamental one engine boat with equal power.
I have no idea how that boat is in reality, but many offshore cruisers are using twin jet power.

uss independence

litoral combat ship, 418' long, has 4 jet drives. 2 diesel driven, 2 gas turbine driven. it can run in excess of 51mph. google it.
