OK, I got more info from him:

1994 Ducati Monster 900, a little over 19K, just serviced, valves adjusted, new belts, new starter motor, new Dyna-coils, new rectifier, new sealed battery, new stainless lines for brakes and clutch, new brake pads, new Leo Vince exhaust, new CRG levers and bar-end mirrors, have all receipts for work and parts. Custom paint over burnished aluminum tank, rare aluminum seat cover painted to match tank, lot’s of carbon parts as well. (some items not picture on bike) $4000 OBO.

I doubt he would care what you did to it after he sold it. He loves the bike but bought an MV Augusta that he likes better, so one of the bikes had to go.

The flames are nice. The steel has been burnished then it has the candy red flames over the metal. It is still very transparent so the metal shows through. Bitchin' in the sun.
