Start with your standard gas tune up.
Don't increase timing, and don't change the gap. The way this works is simple. The gas in the E85 lights first, then it makes the alcohol light. So changing things to more of an alcohol tune-up does not work like you think it would.
It acts like standard gas when dealing with ignition.
