Okay installing a bird catcher, do i run the return lines back to the tank or can I return them back to the fuel line before the pump and tee them in right there, there will 2 lines number 6's, the safety valve after the pump has the enderle hard line kit that returns right back at the pump, so why cant the others go there to?:D

Those pumps have a hard enough time picking up fuel normally. Don't confuse the pump on which it should pick up. The returned fuel or tank supply. :D

Don't do it mon.

Some pumps you can return to the pump inlet but not these.

Agreed, by pass back to the tank.......Don't confuse the pump, and the pressure by pass with aireated fuel. Back to the mass, let it cool, and run it!! Never set a pressure by pass deadheaded, just like an Oxy/acc rig, have an open orafice while establishing a working pressure...........More accurate, and easier to duplicate..............MP

I run a loop line from the 3-way fuel shutoff to the pump inlet, but that's just to keep the pump lubricated a bit while it leans out before I shut it down. You could also run that directly back to the tank. I have a Nitro "K" barrel valve, so I have 2 lines returning to the tank from the barrel valve. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and it has the diagrams for the Enderle fuel systems, depending on which barrel valve you have.

I going to be setup for gas, I am running a -10 to the pump, -8 to the barrel valve and 2 -6 back to the tank now, running the hard line bypass at the pump with the emerg. shut-off, now the big question, it is getting flowed right now and I am thinking the 36 nozzles are to big, what I was told by a freind who has a bug catcher is run 30 nozzles and start with a 140 pill and work down to a 130 if needed ,does this sound like Im on the right track? Thanks, atleast so far everyone is saying the right thing:D
