Recently I purchased a new Chevy truck and am listening to new stations besides just the Elvis channel in my 57. One of the stations is dedicated to Fantasy Football players stats and advice on trades, etc.

How does it work and is there $$ involved?

When your team is the Chiefs...fantasy football adds a lot of excitement to the game. I pay a lot more attention to more players and more games.

I've been playing for 20 years now. It will change the way you watch a game. You can root for players on both teams and root against players on both teams and care less who wins or loses. Plus you'll want to watch more games, not just "your" team.

Computers have changed the way the game is played and have opened it up to the casual fan.

Of coarse there is money in it, but the leagues I am in keep it to a minimum. It mostly just keeps people interested and playing through out the season.

Give it a shot, it's lots of fun.
