Yep. I think the whole strategy was to get it passed and get us to just accept it as part of life regardless of Constitutionality. The recent change in Congress is direct result of this POS law.

We're slowly but surely taking this country back. I hope to live long enough to see many more laws rescinded and our liberty restored to what it was 200 years ago. It's gonna be a fight though.

All hail the Kenyan! When has constitutional law gotten in his way before? Anybody seen immigration enforcement from the Federal level lately? How's that Washington support working for ya?

Ya, right. O and Bush both have done a piss poor job of securing our borders and dealing with all the wetbacks.
From a July 26, 2010 Washington Post article. Looks like a pretty good start to me.

"The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency expects to deport about 400,000 people this fiscal year, nearly 10 percent above the Bush administration's 2008 total and 25 percent more than were deported in 2007. The pace of company audits has roughly quadrupled since President George W. Bush's final year in office.

The effort is part of President Obama's larger project "to make our national laws actually work," as he put it in a speech this month at American University. Partly designed to entice Republicans to support comprehensive immigration reform, the mission is proving difficult and politically perilous."

Give me a break. And unemployment is just over 9%. The recession is over. The economy is growing. And Peter Pan just flew in and delivered me a pizza. If any of it was true there wouldn't need to be a comparison to Bush. It's little more than pr propaganda.

Blaming Bush seems to be all they have these days.
They elected a Kenyan who really wanted this job and knew, quite well what he was inheriting yet, his inexperience, inaction and incompetence has them all reaching for straws and blaming Bush. The mid-term elections showed quite well what America thinks of him.
