A tx and cheyenne. you guys know who you are. We know who you are, no names. You guys paired up and ran by myself and mudpumper on friday at who knows what speed and about 25 feet away as we were floating down river. You guys are FOCKING stupid. I'm all for fast boats and hauling ass, but don't ever do that again.

I saw a couple stupid flybys while we were floating...Wasn't really impressed with the level of intelligence/discipline we saw out of a couple of boaters. I didn't know the boats, but even my GF commented on them.

I see no excuse whatsoever to come within 20 feet of a bunch of people floating on tubes and then try and hit them with the rooster tail.

If you come up on other boats/floaters...get your foot out of it, quit bein stupid, and let 'em know you see 'em till you're past, then get on it and be stupid again. I don't mind having my life in my hands, but I'm not gonna put someone else's in my hands....things can get ugly quick in fast boats. Its not that fawking tough. Some people need to read that boater's handbook my dad handed me when I was 10.

And yeah...I was running around hammer down all weekend long, but kept a safe distance and got out of it when appropriate.

The TX was farther away and wasn't anywhere near as bad as the Cheyanne that was coming almost straight for us at one point. Lets just say I could see under his tunnels and it was aired out and walking. Not cool at all.

That has happened to me on at least a few occasions so now for the past couple of years I dont float here on the big weekends. Really sux!:|err

i had to use my horn more than a few times. to the cheyennes defense when he was getting close to my floating group, the pedal lifted and no close calls were had. now when we were sitting on wally beach there was a certain tunnel boat about 25 feet off the shore doing a high speed pass doing a little walking. all the kids were told to get out of the water. kind of a bummer when its 116 out and nobody was on the river

Think about others !! On the water and on the beach. I was watching that cheyanne out of the corner of my eye on every pass he made. The last thing anybody needs is a air lift.

Because I know who they are and they have apologized already in a pm. And I'm not going to cause drama. They are good guys, just a lapse in judgment, we've all had them.
