I have a 1992 Fountain Fever 32 with twin 502's. I have owned it for a year. I know that it was repowered a few years ago. My issue is, the stbd motor is out of alignment and the Fountain's don't have provisions for traditional alignment. I wonder if it is possible that when the motor was swapped out, the lower mounting bracket was possibly reversed causing the misalignment. It is off just to one side slightly. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Try swapping the mounts around and see if the fixes the problem
