It may be a Fram, or a knock off copy. It should have a replaceable element inside, maybe a spring and some washers/gaskets if I recall. Might not hurt you to replace with a water separating filter for boat use.

Fram type copied by Racor, uses the Fram filter kit (Maybe HP100???)

I can't seem to find anything that looks identical online. Most of the heads have one inlet and one outlet port. This head has two. Does anybody have a part number on this filter or the replacement element? If not, I'm sure once I crack it open, I can find a part number somewhere. My guess is the filter housing itself isn't made anymore (?), the closest thing I could find was a Fram HPG1
