Last month diesel went from around $3.50 a gal to $4.50 a gallon almost overnight. I filled up yesterday and it was $96. Sucks ass. Oh well, I might have to go back to drinking Coors Light all the time.

Maybe, but so did the value of our dollar!

Watch and see what your dollar is worth in the next few months. They have the go ahead to run the money making presses as fast as they can run. People better see the signs. We are about to go under.

And if the value of the dollar went up why the over night price increase of gas?

I now why. Maybe the good Doc will show up with his expectations for our future.

Just saw that a CostCo and some private stations have shut down their pumps. Can't get gas. Sounds like a California issue. Grab your guns boys, because jacketed lead might be the new currency by the weekend.

Refinery "issues" in California are causing this:

There is a severe branded vs. unbranded wholesale price inversion, meaning cost prices on branded fuel are lower than those on unbranded fuel; unbranded fuel is over $.70/gallon higher. .

You should see in price surveys where the branded retail competitor’s pricing is much lower than unbranded. Sites need to be alerted to these differences as it will have a significant impact on margins. Spot supply is very tight and __________ is working to keep the tanks full while the inventory shortages continue.

Gasoline station owners in the Los Angeles area including Costco Wholesale Corp. are beginning to shut down pumps because of supply shortages that have driven wholesale fuel price to record highs. Costco’s outlet in Simi Valley, 40 miles northwest of Los Angeles, ran out of regular gasoline yesterday and was selling premium fuel at the price of regular. The company hasn’t been able to find enough unbranded summer-grade gasoline to keep its stations supplied.

Spot, or wholesale gasoline in Los Angeles has surged 70 cents this week to a premium of $1.15 gallon vs. gasoline futures traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). That’s the highest level since at least November 2007. Gasoline at the pump gained 8.3 cents to $4.315 a gallon in California yesterday, according to AAA.com, 53.1 cents more than the national average of $3.784. In Los Angeles the price was $4.347.

Low-P, a gasoline station in Calabasas, California, 30 miles west of Los Angeles, stopped selling unleaded gasoline 2 Oct and ran out of high octane and medium octane fuel yesterday.

I caught a lot of crap when I bought my civic gx. Accused of trying to save the planet all on my own. Well, I'm sure happy to be getting 40+ mpg at $1.17 a gallon.

Boy and girls, I have had the cost of living shoved so far up my ass when I take a crap it's nontaxable receipts.:((((((This shit is insane, I feel like I was born free to give every thing I make to the filthy rich and greedy. I think its time to take our country back, if we can't get it done at the polls then we take the alternative. FUCK UM and let God sort them out.
