Exactly!!Whomever framed these questions is a gun control advocate. Nobody I know that knows enough about firearms would use the term semi-automatic "weapons". That would imply that there exists semi or automatic knives, swords, hammers, screwdrivers, etc., etc.
Secondly, the 2nd does not "give" citizens anything. It merely acknowledges our existing natural right to defend against who or whatever the threat may be; criminals, gov'ts and everything in between. I really dislike the improper nomenclature being thrown around today. This is a huge issue and correct terminology needs to be used. Otherwise, the public is going to accept a bunch of laws based on false vocabulary.
Don't even get me started on the gov't made up definition of "assault" weaponbit
