Love living here, but you better bring your own source of income!! Find a good realtor, lots of great homes for sale. Make sure you buy a home with a pool!! It gives you that option of cooling off and not having to be on the lake all the time.

This is Lead Dog Randy, Been here 10 months now and like someone said before you'd better show up with your own source of income or retirement... The business side of town is falling off the map but if you were lotto winner # 531 you'd probably have a good time!

P.S. Make sure you have a pool just to walk in and out of when you get heated!

I would love to live in Havasu, Work im sure would be an issue, but what gets me is how the local Havi peeps always complaning about the Cali's and the blue hairs, but when you think about it, the complaints come from the same cali's and blue hairs that moved there! lol
Most of the local Havasupians grew up and move from there! not very many people over the ripe old age of 30+ can say "Hey,...I was born and raised here!" all but the few that anchor up here cuz unemployment is ramped everywhere!:D
