What is up with you guys completely closing freeways for construction?

Last time I rolled through there, they had completely shut down the 10 for ALL WEEKEND. And did they dump you onto another frwy? No...on to sidestreets. And when I went by, there wasn't anyone out there working (must have been on a break) except the State Patrol cars (sitting in their cars with their shiny flashing lights and air conditioning on)

WTF?

Here in California...the only time they close a whole freeway is if they are going to blow it up or they are chasing OJ or something. Even then, it's usually only for a couple hours between 2:27AM and 4:59AM.

The heat must have melted all sense of logic with your state construction crews.

We know your coming. It's hard for us to read the GPS attatchment on your vehicle, but once you're in range we try to close and disrupt your journey as much as we can.

Now we have to check the pool to see who wins the money on how long it would take you to post a fit about the freeways being closed. :)sphss

It often frustrates me! But I can carry a gun while riding a motorcycle with no helmet so carry on closing whatever you want.
It must be all the extra UV rays making people crazy there.

"No helmets" is just a way to get all that sun-damaged DNA out of the gene pool faster.

You shouldn't be in Az anyway. That is an ocean boat, not a DCB. :p

You'll end up in hell posting tricks like that.

Wait...hell would seem like Antarctica compared to Scottsdale right now.
