116 right now at 4:45. Just a little bit too hot. Tomorrow it is supposed to "cool" down to about 110....lol

Stay cool and out of the sun peeps....
That's the way it was weekend before last. 1st time I put the boat away with cleaning it. Hopefully it cools down, as I'll be there Thursday night.

Tom I don't know how you do it, 116* Holly crap!!!
it's 115* here in Havi, I couldn't even think of dealing with 116*
:)sphss:p:D
haha.....The last few days running up into the basin and one time to Cottonwood it felt much better up there. Once you came back to about the power poles North of KL it was like a furnace turned on. It actually hurt your face. I don't remember ever feeling quite like that on the lake before. Took a break today but tomorrow will run North of the lines just to have a little bit of "cool" air.....cool is relative though and it is comparing being around BHC or Laughlin.

Palm Desert this weekend is going to be a piece of cake to deal with :)

Thought Id see ya today...Ran up to Hoover..F..ing Bridge is Awesum...Your Right coming back in the Basin was like a BlowTorch
I will call tomorrow about dinner. I will have a female friend with me. I had to get things ready here at the house and moving these friggin' boats around is killing me. We will have three kids with us so I launched the "toon" about 2P or so. I didn't see your boat so I knew you were out there running. I think I saw your truck behind the store??? I thought that was 30 minute parking?

I think I sold the toon today by the way. someone heard I got the Bullet and called me up and made an offer :) I may have to deliver that damn thing to Sacramento though.

We will be on the water in my yellow Bennington tomorrow and I am going to try to stay up there by the south mouth of the basin south of Cottonwood. We will just be tubing and free floating where it will be much cooler. I will be pulling the kids on a tube so if your kids that are with you want some rides just throw em in the water and we will yank them around....lol

Softball? I am looking to get on a team and I can hold my own. Let me know how I can get hooked up. I went to a league meeting one time and all the guys acted like they had a "closed" team or whatever.

I don't know but was thinking maybe the wider body of water. Down south you have hills and such....Plus it is like a wind tunnel with less water surface to cool it all down???? It had to be at least 10 degrees hotter coming back when we hit around the power line area. Literally felt like your face was on fire.
